In response to market demand, United Electric Controls (UEC) and Centero have entered into a channel partnership agreement centered on offering an end-to-end WirelessHART™ solution.
UEC’s Vanguard gas detector is now offered in tandem with Centero’s INTREPID WirelessHART™ Gateway. The Vanguard gas detector is part of Centero’s Works With program that guarantees full interoperability with the INTREPID WirelessHART™ Gateway.
United Electric’s market leading Vanguard gas detector is currently the only Fieldcomm WirelessHART™ registered gas detector available in the market.
It is designed to monitor gas emissions in areas with power and signal wire limitations. The Vanguard gas detectors showcase a market leading 5-year battery life. Typical applications that utilize Vanguard include storage tank monitoring, fence line and emissions monitoring, well plugging and abandonment (P&A).
