What is New?
Network Profiles
- Supports network profiles that are tailored to your deployment
- Choosing the optimal network profile results in optimized field instrument battery life, data latency, network deployment time and bandwidth allocation
- Includes five (5) pre-defined network profiles – users can also create custom profiles
MODBUS Mapping
- Intuitive and user-friendly drag-and-drop MODBUS register mapping
- Allows mapping of process values as well as device and advanced field device and Gateway diagnostics
Improved Mesh Networking Rules
- Users can enforce and lock mesh network topologies and routes for highly predictable communications
- Useful for safety applications or other applications where latency and reliability need to be constant and predictable
Existing customers are encouraged to upgrade their gateways to the new software and firmware. This update is made available free of charge. All software and firmware components are remotely upgradeable through a secure, AES-256 encrypted and authenticated process.
