ISA100 Wireless AIM® Steam Trap and Valve Monitoring Starter Kit

Overview

The ISA100 AIM® starter kit includes everything needed to quickly deploy an ISA100 Wireless certified steam trap and valve monitoring solution. It is a user-friendly, total solution kit that includes pre-configured Armstrong AIM® ISA100 Wireless steam trap and valve monitors and a Centero ISA100 Wireless UNISON Field Gateway. The AIM® ST6700 steam trap monitor is a non-intrusive, battery powered instrument that efficiently monitors and evaluates steam trap operation and detects potential issues to improve steam system efficiency and lower fuel costs. The AIM® AD6000 monitors acoustic patterns associated with leaking gasses and high-pressure fluids and is the ideal solution to identify leaking isolation and safety relief valves to reduce the use of flare to burn off product and the costly fines associated with it. The ISA100 Wireless industrial IoT standard (ISA100.11a and IEC 62734) meets the rigorous connectivity and security requirements for field instruments and infrastructure devices engaged in process automation, including monitoring and control.
