Centero’s  CenLab is a handheld, wireless, Internet of Things connected chemistry analyzer. CenLab allows for automated, cost effective analysis of bodily liquids and water quality. It eliminates time consuming and costly trips to the doctor’s office by providing ubiquitous, instantaneous urinalysis and blood screening results in the comfort of your home or on the go. Using near infrared and visible light spectroscopy combined with specialized chemical reagents, CenLab is a versatile tool for pre-emptive screening for various diseases as well as monitoring of chronic conditions. It delivers meaningful and accurate health information in a way that can be understood without a medical degree allowing you to monitor and improve your health.

Battery operation, wireless connectivity and small form factor allow for the device to be used anywhere and anytime, without being tethered to a computer, Internet connection or line power. IP connectivity enables results to be viewed on a variety of devices such as PCs, tablets and Smartphones and easily shared with family, doctors, and other professionals via Cloud-based technologies.

“Internet of Things connected Smart Objects are the next evolutionary step in connected healthcare” said Rares Ivan, Co-Founder and VP of Products of Centero. “CenLab will simplify and streamline the way we screen for various diseases by allowing the user to monitor health parameters that use to require a time consuming and costly trip to the doctor’s office. Our mission is to empower the user to be proactive in regards to early disease detection and monitoring of chronic conditions”.
